Pros

Subsidized vending machine which is good.

Cons

Real lack of vision and direction from senior executive which trickles down to department in-fighting and wild-west behaviour across teams. Lack of growth opportunities. Unfair business practices. Poor customer service. The culture has deteriorated mostly by lack of communication, transparency and distrustful human resources.

- Half day Friday's - Generally nice people

Cons

- Below average pay - Full bonus payout has not happened in years - Small team compared to size of the business with minimal promotion opportunities - CEO lacks any personality, extremely outdated management style. Does not care about employee feedback - Political corporate environment - Unfair distribution of industry perks (ie. tickets, events etc.) - Return to office mandate. Inconvenient, construction-riddled area of the city with expensive parking and transit options for commuters
