      Best before Disney, and worst after the Disney folks joined.

      - Best before Disney - Legacy SXM & Pandora tech stack.

      Cons

      - Every Month Layoffs - Have seen people who were laid off just three months after joining - Disney folks ruined the P&T organization. - Disney tech stack was introduced, yet SXM employees are expected to - work at the same speed without proper training. - Too much micromanagement. - Leadership is the worst. - RSUs are a joke—stocks are dropping every day. In just two years, the stock price has dropped by around 70% (from $6.70 to $2.20). A reverse stock split (1-for-10) was implemented, and now the stock is at $22.20—an all-time low. - Ruining the lives of engineers by laying them off just three months after joining

      SiriusXM has good health benefits, a number of plans to choose from.

      Cons

      Company follows trends instead of setting them. In programming it spends a fortune buying hot commodities instead of developing talent. Layoffs 4 years running.
