- Time pressure is evident. (some quality suffers, but can be cleaned up later) - Communication is poor across departments. (think product vs engineering) - Processes can vary widely depending on the team.

Glad to have worked with a several talented people.

Cons

IT has clearly always been seen as a cost here, and although I am not complaining about the reality of it, this fact just shows too much in the general attitude of the management, and in the morale of the tech folks due to the inequality of working conditions, training opportunities, and lack of transparency in incentives, between departments.
