Unclear commission scheme, sector very affected by Covid

It's much simpler, and has much more upside :-) Please reach out to your local P&C Manager if you have any questions on the new scheme! Covid has sadly impacted most sectors, however, we are starting to see recovery, and have adapted our business model to ensure the long term success of the business.

It is a competitive industry, but that has nothing to do with the company. If you work hard you will see results and get rewarded. From commissions to Amazon/Visa vouchers, ruffles...
