      Pros

      - Good management (at the branch level) - Friendly coworkers

      Cons

      - Upper management sucks. They treat employees terribly and do not care at all. At my branch over the summer at least 5 employees quit due to how they were treated and customers even left because they couldnt recieve good service due to a lack of experienced/trained employees.

      Pros

      Managers take the time to get to know you and push you to your unexpected limits to be more knowledgeable but also ensures your overall happiness! They invest in YOU and your team is right by your side for support The office door is always open to discuss anything and everything.

      Cons

      The Canadian Division would benefit from a dedicated (head) office to put all the paperwork taking up space in the warehouses. I would also suggest a marketing intern who is maybe building a portfolio to do our email campaigns and social media / marketing updates. I believe this will be the future direction, just not here….yet.
