flexibility in schedule, great families, consistent work

General disregard for employees. All of the employees I met over my 3 years of working there agreed. They listen to whatever families' say and never asks your side. The company has money-hungry practices such as charging everytime sitters cancels a job no matter the time window and charging sitters for being late but never giving any of that money to the families. Possible breaches of privacy (will post your reviews for other sitters to see even if you select "Do not share"). They do not tell families that 11% is take out of every job, which sometimes sways them from tipping
