Cool place to work with nice people.

Pros

The people who work here are usually pretty nice in my experience. The rides are obviously very cool and there are opportunities for employees to ride the rides on employee ride nights. The job is quite simple in my opinion.

Cons

The job can be tedious and you're not allowed on your phone at any time or you're basically instantly fired.

Pros

You can enter the park for free and bring a guest along with you. You get 40% off most purchases in the park and get discounts. Plenty of hours, and they'll almost always schedule you based on your requests. Leadership is mostly understanding and working with the employees, not against them.

Cons

Since there is alcohol in the park you will deal with drunk guests, high guests, and sick guests. You will have to clean up anything that ISN'T blood, so throw up and other bodily secretions. You will have to deal with rowdy guests, and parents trying to sneak their kids on rides who are too small. You have to show up for your shifts most of the time unless you have documentation proving you can't go as they have a point system and if you surpass it you will go into their "Flex" program.
