Pros

SixSpeed was a damn good place to work. I only left because I got an offer to write ad campaigns in a warmer state. But I really liked SixSpeed and its people, as well as management's approach to building a great work environment. The company knows its strengths and builds around them. As it grows, they'll only do greater things. People were young, but pretty smart and thoughtful. No arrogance. Andi seems a trustworthy leader. Maybe it's a Midwestern thing. Idk. I dig it. Great work-life balance. Almost too much sometimes, if you're accustomed to ad agency churn. Plus, snacks. God, the snacks. Hella snacks. Snacks for days, Joey. Anyway, I'd totally work there again in another life or whatever.

Cons

-A little too much emphasis (for some people) on doing simple production work. -Occasionally, just turning over ads with little fight. -Never got to ride the machines :( -The environment and the opportunity outweigh any of the above.

Pros

The people! SixSpeed only hires people that: 1. Do their jobs well. 2. Care about what they do and how they treat other people. 3. Have the right personality to fit into our family of creative, crazy misfits Employees get to work on projects that are constantly changing and challenging, so you always continue to grow and learn. No two projects are the same - part of that is that we always try to put our "SixSpeed" spin on everything.

Cons

It can be long hours at times - especially if you are on the road. We are growing so quickly that we definitely have our growing pains, in terms of having policies and the accurate amount of staff.
