Pros

No pros at all whatsoever.

Cons

They'll make stories not to pay your commission. They ruined my life, they held 5000 commission check I made and made up excuses not to pay me. You work crazy overtime and you don't get paid for that although they say they pay overtime but they don't. The environment is toxic, coworkers hate each other, there has been even fist fights at work. There's no consequences for wrong doing, just don't go there.
