Pros

Great for beginners or those seeking a career change. It's a great way to get you in the door but do understand that you now work for a call center.

Cons

It's a call center and the customers are not very nice. You may have 1 out of 10 that are polite and understanding.

Receiving a paycheck was great

Cons

Sixt initially was ok place to work but they will not allow the US to be run by US executives and leaders. This will forever be their downfall as everything has to go through Germany and this causes delays and miscommunications due to the US needing to run in a different manner.
