Besides a good infrastructure of the business itself, offering a highly effective sales interface and the right inventory of cars, equipment and other sales packages, it’s all about the team. If you have a supporting, fun and loving team, it’s definitely on of the more benifitial jobs with longevity.

Cons

Cooperate performance checks, can make you feel replaceable.

Pay is okay and get along with the branches. Annual bonus.

Cons

Losing business to competitors due to lack of availability. Don’t get back up from senior management when issues arise. Rushed through a new system when other staff haven’t had proper training.
