      Good for only freshers.

      Pros

      Only work life balance. Retirement company. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Everything else. Zero financial growth, no career growth, no concrete company direction from a tech perspective, no benefits. Not much of learning too for an experienced campaigner. Silent layoffs do happen but the management keeps saying we won't layoff.

      - International working community - Lots of opportunities to scale up the career - Career switching is possible - more than the market standard pay package - Supporting Tech Community - Lots of benefits like gym, in-house cafeteria (affordable price), Free coffee machines - Feel good team supports you in all outside of your regular work like onboarding, immigration support, and bureaucracy help. Work-life balance is better.

      Cons

      - Changing the approach of an in-house developed application and creating dependency on external applications with a limited scope - focus on external consultancy rather than in-house engineers - too many management iterations cause volatile vision
