Pros

Tom wood owns Sixt. The company does have opportunities for career growth. They provide tuition reimbursement but only if the position you want to pursue is within the company. They are structured as well. I actually get to see the CEO regularly as he fly's in and outs and rents the cars. He is a humble and kind man willing to talk with you. John wood is his name ! I am sure that if there is any concern you can talk with the branch manager about it and he will hear you and find a solution to it. The company gives opportunities for charity events. They host events for the company like company picnic , free tickets to the ball game. It’s a lot of fun and it’s also an opportunity to collaborate with individuals who works in different settings in different careers within the company.

Cons

The work environment I am in is extremely un professional. Profanity is used regularly and the branch manager can be aggressive and overwhelming. There isn’t much room for ownership. Being micromanaged is stressful and discouraging. There are too many chefs in the kitchen ! Other than that truly I’m sure If you needed to address a colleague they’d be understanding and open to discussing solutions.
