Business Outlook
Pros
Room for development if you're prepared to put in the effort. Great culture from head office level, work needs to be done regionally. The finance team is excellent and pay is always on time. Working for or near the Giltrap Group is a pleasure and an honour.
Cons
None really, it's a recently opened business, it was in start-up mode for two years, so challenging at times, but senior team including Giltrap Group are very supportive.
