Pros

Not really a pro but the manager is never at office

Cons

Poor formation Low wage Commissions are not how they explain to you in the interview (and when you do qualify for one, you get taxed on the amount so you wont actually get the full amount) Tarragona manager doesnt know how to handle a team and Barcelona Area manager isnt of help either Manager of Tarragona leaves unwanted task to lower ranked employees They also make you drive cars and even clean them (when is not in your contract) Also fraudulent contracts

Pros

One of the obvious pros is the possible commission potential you have, ability to see so many nice cars and even drive some. Meeting people from every corner of the globe isn't too shabby either keeping things interesting (airport specific mostly)

Cons

Fleet is our major area in need of improvement, your bonus is affected by people liking the car you gave them or not and when you have to give mini busses to people who booked compact cars there is obviously going to be friction. meaning the company makes the same amount but takes some from my pocket for their poor planning . The culture from higher management is a joke sometimes push push pushing for one KPI whilst telling you to let the other slip one week then telling you how could you let this KPI slip. We are promised daily weekly monthly that new cars are coming and this will fix the issue but then as soon as we have infleets these are taken by other branches or managers as their company car leaving us as bad as we started or worse usually giving us a car that needs servicing taking yet another one off the road.
