Pros

Great management and personalities abound. A lot of opportunities to make comission if you are lucky or charismatic enough. Most customers are foreign and really do need additional coverage that does not transfer from other countries.

Cons

$8000 commission cap for new hires and many concerted efforts to make workarounds to lower the means to make commission. High sales targets sometimes to the point it is unrealistic and disregards local customer demographics.

Pros

Not really a pro but the manager is never at office

Cons

Poor formation Low wage Commissions are not how they explain to you in the interview (and when you do qualify for one, you get taxed on the amount so you wont actually get the full amount) Tarragona manager doesnt know how to handle a team and Barcelona Area manager isnt of help either Manager of Tarragona leaves unwanted task to lower ranked employees They also make you drive cars and even clean them (when is not in your contract) Also fraudulent contracts

Pros

The commission pay is very good you may start off with low sales at first but yet after 3 months you’ll see your commission increase

Cons

The customer and maybe management might annoy you. Have to deal with a lot of people different personalities and cultures. Just have to be patient.
