Pretty Good

Pros

Make base pay every check. which is pretty decent. You will always get hours. and if you need days off for trips or a random weekend they are pretty cool about that.

Cons

I work at a slower branch so the opportunity for more commission is not as great. overall sixt is a great company. I would recommend it. customers can be pretty mean.

As you mentioned the downtown locations are not as busy as the airports, however, you have the opportunity to spend more time with your customers and that can result in higher commission. Pros

Flexible working hours, wonderful management, fashionable uniforms, advanced system to work with, beautiful vehicles, great way to earn money.

Cons

You do have to deal with some rude customers and the targets always increase...there is a huge push towards sales and when employees are pressured sometimes customer service lacks in the end.
