      All management lacks communication skills. Lack of coherence (laid off people due to bad forecasting and then had corporate parties)

      Great company, bad Philosophy

      Pros

      Possible to be promoted if you have a god performance

      Cons

      They ask you to give your bets, after that, they take it "personaly" and if you're not part of "the SIXT Family" you're out. The use some mobing technichs to make you give up! They don't get you fired, you make it for your own!
