The pay is okay if you don't have a lot of bills. The hours are great.

The training steps aren't to great. It's as if things change so much and no one is really going to relay the information.

A reliable paycheck. I had the chance to help create young minds, take an ownership mentality of a store and change the reputation in the community.

Cons

Expected to work 50 hours, paid for only 40 hours and really worked 110 hours per week. No acknowledgment for long hours no help from the office. No appreciation shown for anything
