Amazing people that have worked extremely hard to get where they are. Lots of challenges and interesting growth opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes executive team feels distant and disinterested in interacting and communicating with lower level employees.

Your coworkers are nice, discounted food

Cons

Management doesn’t care about issues you have, they’d rather work you until you can’t anymore, regardless of what is going on in your life. They’ll call you on vacation asking you to come work, even though you put the time in off 3 months in advance. You’ll be paid the same as people starting, even though you’ve worked there for 2+ years. Management only cares about making money and nothing else.
