If you put in good work, they will give you the hours you need, and work with you in that regard. There is room to move forward in the company as well, and from my experience there they do their best to cultivate potential talent and give them the tools they need.

Cons

It can become very draining during rush hours, be prepared for that. If you do not like jobs in the food industry, this is not the job for you. There is little to no benefits to the regular employee, besides a slightly cheaper employee menu.
