Good Benefits (Food), Longevity seems good on the restaurant side.

Cons

Does not understand SDLC. Needed a good manager for Software Development. Cannot seem to fire someone even when there is extremely good cause.

Fast paced, simple to the point policies, procedures, and menu. This company has strong leadership. The pay is way better than expected for managers.

Cons

There is no life to work balance. It's a lot of hard work, patience and dedication.
