-free lunch every Friday -monthly meal card -good location -great co-workers -flexible work schedule -work-life balance -great company values, even if they don't always adhere to them.

Cons

Lack of proper training - When i started, i was told there was going to be a 6 month learning curve. I was fired after 2 months and told I wasn't receptive to training; It felt like they gave up on training me very quickly despite the fact I was making progress. - Unclear expectations - During my short time there I wasn't sure of what expectations where, and every time I asked the question would be dodged. I think this was something that was not communicated very well by both parties; make sure to understand what expectations are during the interview process. -lack of resources for employees -I did not enjoy the work that I was doing -High turnover -lacking benefits for the industry
