Business Outlook
Pros
Skanska is about doing business right. It is a company with integrity and a strong positive culture built upon their core values. They have an excellent executive management team and promote leadership throughout every level of the organization. They offered great benefits and competitive wages.
Cons
I honestly can not think of anything negative to say about my time with Skanska. I left because I had to move out of the state and they did not have a office in the are where I was relocating. I would still work for them today if given the opportunity.
