      Professional operations that provide proper tools and materials to accomplish jobsite tasks.

      Cons

      Not enough participative management is used, therefore motivation of employees is average.

      Not the Place to Spend Your Life

      Pros

      Good benefits, good bonus if the company is making money.

      Cons

      Don't expect to get promoted unless you are related to someone or having an improper relationship with your supervisor. Also, managers that you do not even work for have the power to make your life miserable if they do not like you. Beware. They talk a lot about how important people are, but it's really all talk. Hard work counts for nothing here.

      Great people, and professional PM & Field staff. The professionalisma and culture of the company make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      None. However, since Glassdoor requires a minimum of 20 words of cons, I am typing this sentence. There really are no major cons at Skanska.
