Cons
Inconsistent approach to staff climbing the ladder - you often find CM's and PM's performing the same role The management approach is soft which is ultimately (in my opinion) is making the company less profitable The roles are mixed, a CM could be expected to do:- site management, package management, design management and be heavily involved in the commercial reviews. When an individual is trying to do all of the above you often find they do not do any one role very well.
