      Pros

      Skanska is a great looking company with world wide coverage and conducts amazing engineering feats. Exciting to come aboard and b apart of a big company.

      Cons

      In the San Francisco Bay Area, not so much.... As the local market ramps up for what industry people are calling the next big "Building Boom", Skanska has no market share, Zero.

      Flexible. Keeps up with technology but slow to upgrade hardware. Good atmosphere and employees.

      Cons

      Low income. Slow to develop. Heavy work load compared to number of people.

      Pros

      Great benefits and salaries, stable financially. Nice place to work if you can stomach the politics and the clicks.

      Cons

      Management has a "good ole boy" mentality. Political animals make life pretty miserable. No work life balance, an average of 60 hour week. Sheep make excellent employees, independent thinkers or "outside of the box" employees don't seem to make it.
