Skanska is a great company well known for its policies and code of conduct.

Business Outlook

Pros

Good atmosphere at work. Easy to talk to any level of organization. Promotes opportunities to have international experience abroad.

Cons

Misalignment between different Business Units way of work. Due to its size it seems that a few decisions take to much time to be done.
