Pros

Very nice and friendly staff.

Cons

Do NOT expect to grow at the SOM LA. I recently witnessed them let go of at least 10 people within 2 months in their LA office without notice. It was obvious they knew they would be laying people off a month or more in advance, but do not give any notice to employees. They will use you up to the very last minute before they lay you off without notice, at which point they treat you like you’re going to steal files from the company. These employees were told to leave because the office did not have enough projects. The employees were very hardworking, some long term and other newer employees. They reward your hard-work by letting you go. Their upper management team seems to engage in gossip about other lower level employees out of bad habit. I’m sorry to say that the only way to move up in a company like that is to get on the good side of certain people there—favorites are chosen not by their work abilities. You also have to find and pay for your own parking if you work there, they do not provide that. And benefits are only partially paid. They allow certain employees to break the rules while others are told not to.

Horrible place to work - the absolute worst

Pros

Okay benefits and salary

Cons

Worst place I have ever worked. Management is terrible. The partners and majority of the directors were awful people and beyond arrogant. The admins were unqualified and terrible and the office manager at the time was both unqualified and incompetent (I assume she is retired by now). Overall terrible culture and place to work.
