No job security, no way to move up, lowering their yearly "raises" which was the standard for 3%. Numbers driven on patient volume not informed consent despite their ethos. You must maintain 10 patient volume monthly which is dependent on how many skin cancers your site will have. They will have you wear multiple hats with no compensation for it.

Cons

No one covers your work for vacation time. Too much work for the pay. I get paid more and do way less now. No christmas bonus and downsizing
