Great company that is forward thinking
Pros
I have been with Skipio for two years. The thing that drew me to Skipio is the amazing building that we work in but the culture is really what makes me love working here. I genuinely think of as my extended family! I truly feel valued and part of Skipio- both professionally and personally. I have never lacked for resources and have usually been backed when wanting to do things the right way. Management are very supportive and my manager has helped me progress and grow. I feel that I have a great work-life balance and can do it while in the office or from the comfort of my home. Even when working from home, the cross-team collaboration works well and everyone works hard for the good of the business and its clients. As someone who likes to see progress and innovation, there is always something new to work towards. It's great to work with so many individuals who are innovative and like-minded that really care about our product.
Cons
Of course every company has its growing pains. However, there is little that I can complain about. Even through these growing pains, we helped all those who were affected by those growing pain by making sure they landed jobs elsewhere. I wish that anyone reading the reviews would see more of the positive reviews on how great our company is rather than focusing on the negative reviews of a select few people.
