The pro I can find is they pay well and their is a lot of loyal workers that try hard

Cons

CEO is one of the most disconnected and inept people I’ve ever met he is full of lies and unethical practices. He has a whole group of management that is just as bad or worse than he is. Things are always swept under the carpet and no one ever knows what’s going on

It's focused intense organization where you and your peers will be held accountable for commitments and results. It's not for everyone

Cons

Ohh boy.... Like I said... Not for everyone. The hours are very long. 60 +hours. They are wholly unreasonable about outside commitments but it is clear from the CEO on down that ships and it's commitments trump your life's commitments.
