      Pros

      Some very talented and hardworking employees on the frontlines.

      Cons

      Hard work and loyalty is not appreciated by upper management. Upper management does not know anything about running a development fab but continues to micromanage and cause the fab to fail. I DO NOT recommend working here no matter what promises are made. Management does NOT care about its employees at all. The worst part is the employees genuinely cared about the success of the company but are not given the support or tools needed to succeed. They are told they are not working hard enough when in fact, the are overworked and underpaid. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

      Leaving the company. Happiest day of my life!

      Don't waste your time applying. here!! You are selling your soul to a company that uses old tools that break constantly , and to cheap to pay the vendors on time. Making of a horrible nightmare with the vendor when trying to get parts or chemicals . CEO only cares about his product, and blows smoke to current customers to make them feel there #1. Look at the trend of reviews and you will see the CEO is the problem. I'm sorry for anyone still there working under that maniac.

      I worked at Novati and I was up to 4 weeks of vacation - (8 yrs) and couldn't take it after skorpios buyout - done with them

      there is nothing good to say -- really there isn't
