As I am nearing my one year anniversary of working for SkySource Solutions, I am reflecting upon my experience with the working for such a progressive company. SkySource Solutions has taught me not only how to be a good talent acquisition recruiter but also how to confidently face challenges head on. SkySource Solutions has fostered an environment in which complacency does not exist. There are plenty of resources available to learn new skills in order to grow as a worker as well as a person. It has been a pleasure to grow with the company and to be part of an inclusive work environment with managers who genuinely care about your place/future within the company!
Cons
I have not had a negative experience with working for SkySource Solutions. The CEO/management actively takes into account any concerns and feedback from employees. They also are always looking for ways to enhance employees’ work experience such as implementing more competitive benefits packages and commission structures
