      Work is steady, coworkers are good people, company hit a gold mine and is going in the right direction

      Cons

      Too many managers, poor communication, profit sharing is very little unless you're high up in management.

      All the technicians are great guys and enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of organization site-wide. Management is always pinching pennies on the important tasks, then they end up spending way more in the long run when equipment fails. Constantly pushing important things due to budget constraints. Lots of micro-management going on. Benefits are mediocre at best. Very small quarterly bonuses. No 401k matching.
