The company enables you to achieve your goals. There are some quality middle managers that truly care about the employees despite getting ran over my upper management.

Cons

The salary isn't competitive with the rest of the industry. The company is disorganized and goes through reorg every 3 months or so, so long term goals change regularly. C-level management lives in their own bubble, brings in their former colleagues into upper management, and has little to no idea what makes the company go.

Paid well and thanks to covid they're flexable with onsite requirements. It is my opinion to be onsite as much as possible.

Cons

Toxic environment, fab management is not engaged with engineers/technicians to identify these behaviors or do something about it.
