Pros

Skyborne Airline Academy is a place where hard-working employees can achieve their career goals. There is a great camaraderie between employees where everyone pushes each other to be the best they can be. I'm grateful to be apart of such an exciting industry!

Cons

Because half of our employees are flight instructors, incentivisation is different from them to office employees. Flight instructors are encouraged to work long flight hours with bonus pay while office employees can't achieve extra pay for working longer hours.

Pros

Vero Beach is great. Weather is great.

Cons

CEO and COO are both Brits and live in the UK. Many people in leadership are also in the UK. They don't have a clue regarding how Businesses in the US should run. They purchased this school from flight safety a little while ago. They are hemorrhaging money and will not be in business much longer.
