Pros

Lots of extras such as free language courses and psychologists/coaches, possibility to opt for ticket restaurants and insurance in payrolls, parties and side activities.... Very regular payments. New pipeline brings hope for the future, the old one was awful. Hybrid/remote work still accepted. The company is big and has (a lot of ) money, which means no one really cares if an artist is idle for a day, or a week (or 5 months?). No one will even notice, unless he himself points it out. I list this as a pro, only because it explains how little stress there is during production: even when everybody is rushing, you won't be personally bothered or blamed.

Cons

Chaos in production, deadlines and priorities constantly change, communication (especially between departments, but not only) is very hard. There's a massive waste of time and money due to bad management. The management tries to force a very American mentality in an almost fully Spanish environment: the results is that none of the parties feel comfortable.

Pros

The company is small but growing. They really care about keeping their team happy and growing their employees with the company.

Cons

The teams are still small. It feels as if the company work load is out growing the actual company size. Most employees do the work of two workers at a normal studio. But they are still hiring more people! So I don’t see that lasting.
