Pros

-Biggest Animation company in Spain and one of the few that can keep you employed on the long term. -Talented colleagues you can learn from. -Growing international workers community that brings new habits and ideas into a company that still has an old-fashioned mindset.

Cons

-HR has a very strict and old-fashioned mindset. They are unflexible and tend to pass the ball to other people when they face a request they don't want to deal with. -The studio is famous for having a 'dude vybe' that still prevails in some aspects. -Chaotic organization, bad upper-managment that leads to a lot of changes and backs and forths during the production, -Poor estimation of production times and end dates. -They expect you to work over time due to their poor managment. Over time is paid with the same amount of free days instead of with salary.
