Good place to work

Pros

Good benefits, flexible hours, no micromanagement, many holidays, progressive CEOs, occasional bonuses, still WFH for COVID, snacks, lunches, tries to avoid crunch/overtime.

Cons

For me personally hoping to make more pay but who isn't? Honestly I can't really think of too much cons. Not trying to sound like a shill. There was a layoff at one point but I really did get the feeling that they tried hard to avoid it.
