      Has potential, but it's still stuck in old habits

      Pros

      - Great projects and talented people; - Company is growing; - People sharing Knowledge; - Possibility to grow your career; - Company is concerned about training people; - Modern tools and concept;

      Cons

      - Bad workflow and pipeline. Even using modern tools they still stuck in outdated workflow and ideas; - Misusing of review tools; - Salaries could be better in general. Not competitive; - The company is located in an expensive area and far away from cheaper locations; - Terrible relocation program; - They are not too concerned about the pandemic and if people don't feel safe to work at the studio yet.
