Pros

Wonderful people to work with who are highly intelligent and passionate. The company is open minded and isnt afraid of taking on new challenges. They have clear goals and know how to navigate the industry well. Time off is lenient.

Cons

Rarely there is crunch, but it isnt bad. Sometimes have been too safe in terms of pushing technical capability of the hardware, but they are still willing to have a conversation.
