Pros

Skydance East is a great place to work that drives for excellent quality. There is great comraderie within the group and we are appreciated and respected by both Skydance LA and Madrid.

Cons

The time zones make it a challenge to work with our counterparts in Madrid. There are also technical challenges working with a network based in Madrid that can cause extreme slowness. They are working diligently on improving this.

Pros

I'm genuinely very impressed with the animation studio. The three executives I support are all truly wonderful and kind people. I feel so lucky to be supporting them! The whole studio in general is just full of really nice and most importantly respectful folks. Everyone here is so much fun and so incredibly happy. It's a huge sign when majority of employees at a company are just happy to work and collaborate to make something amazing. I have never felt so welcome before at a job and so many folks were excited to me. It was an amazing feeling. I'm very excited about the future of this company and what they have to offer. I believe not only in Skydance Animation but all the divisions under it as well.

Cons

So far no cons. All good vibes :)

Pros

A great work environment, a good hybrid remote work policy. The new office is centrally located in Madrid and is not bad at all. They do good projects and have a good R&D policy.

Cons

The work of a compositor can be very technical. Projects can be very long and some people may find this tiring
