Pros

- the team is incredible. best group of people I've ever worked with - love that we always push the boundaries on the tech envelope - leadership is great, with a focus on the tech and keeping a humble and relaxed culture - company future is looking very lucrative

Cons

- challenges moving from a single product with everyone focused on that one project to many projects, many hardware variations, and tons of customer opportunities. Good problems to have, but need to make sure we capitalize on them. - work life balance has been tough in the earlier years, but has definitely gotten better as the company has grown. let's hire more people! - more work to do than people to do it
