Pros

- We're building a suite of revolutionary products, it's motivating to see the excitement and love around them - It's one of the rare companies that use state of the art algorithms and tech into production; iteration cycles are quick. - People are smart and eager to share their knowledge - Atmosphere and vibes in the office are really good, it is still a startup. There's a culture of getting together for happy hours and fun stuff that I appreciate a lot. - Work life balance is reasonable, it does vary a bit according to the development cycle

Cons

- The upper management strongly believes that employees are better on site than working from home. As a consequence, they'll rather promote people that are in person than remote. - The roadmap is very ambitious as compared to the workforce, which means delivering on time basically never happens. This can feel a bit demotivating.

Pros

The team is full of talented and skilled people, so there is a lot to learn all around. Put two great persons together and both will get even greater :)

Cons

During the last year there were hardly any working together physically due to the COVID, but I guess this was common for most companies
