The outlook on the company and products are great.

Cons

Lowered benefits to reduce cost the last few years. There's a lot of inefficiencies and inventory is a mess. Most likely due to key management figures that should really retire but is just sitting at the job for a paycheck. They make no effort at their job and is a roadblock for other to do their jobs.
