Pros

Corporate/ back office team is very responsive and truly wants to help you be successful. Truly remote roles available which is amazing in the industry as many places seem to be trying to return to office.

Cons

Normal government contracting cons (red tape, bureaucracy, etc.), company specific, middle management positions seem to be revolving doors so expectations, responsibilities, and leadership styles can change frequently but don't impact day-to-day work.
