Pros
- Great office, one of the fanciest and nicest offices in Prague - Above average salaries - Benefits: free food and drinks, payed public transportation, etc. - Super skilled top notch developers
Cons
- While the office is really nice, the location sucks - Very unstable and unsafe job, especially due to re-org happening every 6 months - Because of the above, it's very hard and almost impossible to be promoted - Politic games from Redmond, where all the best projects are being kept there - Geeks (some of them lack soft skills big time - for someone this can be a Pro)
