Pros

Good compensation, benefits and work life balance

Cons

Terrible work environment, people constantly talk over each other, nobody listens and nobody knows how to cooperate. All the real talent left long ago, the people that stayed can barely keep the lights on. It's only a matter of time until the whole thing gets shut down.

Very nice offices and great team. There is only ~20 developers in Skype Luxembourg offices.

Cons

Small office means less benefits then in the larger office like Prague, Talinn or the US ones.
