lots of opportunities smart people to learn from good benefits private health care sport allowance free spas in the city center

for me personally not to interesting work a bit too many birocracy things nothing nothing glassdoor forces me to write 20 words

- Microsoft is no longer evil empire with obsolete mindset - good salary and benefits - activities like hackatons few time per year - perfect life-work balance

Cons

- constant re-orgs - I got lost in company structure few iterations back - ineffective use of engineers' efforts (cancelled projects) - not keeping pace with mobile app world
